Voice First World® LLC is committed to protecting both the personal as well as professional and business information you share with us. This Privacy Policy applies to transactions, activities, and data gathered through Voice First World’s website and related social media accounts, as well as interactions you may have with Voice First World, our coaches, and your fellow participants. Please review this Privacy Policy periodically as we may revise it without notice.


Generally, we request and collect various types of information for a variety of purposes, including, but not limited to, billing, product and service fulfillment, understanding program participant needs, improving products and services to improve your experience, updating our website, and communicating with you and those interested in our products and services.

Information that You Provide to Us

We do not collect and retain personally identifiable information, such as name, e-mail address, or other contact information, unless you choose to provide it to us. If you voluntarily provide Voice First World with personal information, for example by, registering for or purchasing products and services, or sending emails or submitting forms via our website, we may use that information in a number of ways, including to help us provide you with the information or services that you request.


Use of Voice First World’s website, as well as registration for and use of our products and services, may require that you provide to us certain information, such as:

  • your name

  • physical address

  • email address

  • phone number

  • log-in credentials

  • billing and payment information

  • demographic information, such as age, birth month and day, gender, education, profession, and job title

  • participant-generated content such as when you comment on our products or services, respond to surveys, provide reviews and testimonials, or participate in our public forums

During your visit to Voice First World’s website or upon downloading information, Voice First World or a third-party service provider, automatically collects and stores the following anonymous information about your visit:

We do not respond to browser-based “do not track” signals. We may transmit non-personally identifiable website usage information to third parties in order to show you advertising for Voice First World when you visit other sites.

Analytics, Log Files and Reading History

We do this to improve services we offer you, including customized recommendations, advertising, to improve marketing, and to track access and use of our services across the devices that you may use to access our services.

We may share information with service providers who act on our behalf.  These service providers are prohibited from using shared information for any other purpose.  For example, with regard to billing and payment information, our products and services include personal coaching and instruction by way of video meetings, recorded webinars, and products, services and materials distributed on a subscription basis. To enable payment, we may collect and store name, address, telephone number, email address, credit card and other payment information. This information will only be shared with third parties who facilitate completion of the purchase transaction, such as by processing credit card payments.

We will not otherwise disclose your billing or payment information unless required by law or, for example, to address a law enforcement issue implicated by the financial transaction. For instance, if you claim that your billing and/or credit card information was used to make a purchase you did not authorize, sufficient details about the transaction may be disclosed to law enforcement and parties we deem reasonably necessary to address the matter.

How Information May be Used

In addition to collecting and using information to provide our products and services to you, Voice First World, and our service providers, may use the information you provide and we collect for such purposes as:

  • product development and updating you about advancements in our products and services

  • performing statistical, demographic and marketing analysis to improve our products, services, and relationships with program participants

  • generally informing coaches, third-party service providers, and advertisers about the nature of our member base to improve the provision of services to current and potential program participants

We will not sell, rent, swap or authorize any third party to use your email address.


When your account becomes inactive, your information may remain in our computers, electronic databases, and archives, and may not be reasonably capable of expungement.

Direct Communication

An important aspect of our services includes direct communication with program participants. As a result, we will periodically communicate with you and send information to you via email, text, voice mailbox, phone, fax, regular mail, or similar delivery method regarding the products or services you may have purchased. We may also send you information about product or service updates, new features, or information we believe you may find interesting related to the type of products and services we provide.

You may instruct us not to use your contact information to communicate with you by email, phone, or regular mail regarding our products and services, events, or promotions by notifying us at [email protected] and, with regard to email contact specifically, by unsubscribing for email contact.  Please understand that, should you request that we discontinue contacting you under the circumstances described above, we may still use and share certain information as authorized by applicable law.  For instance, you may not opt out of operational emails, such as those concerning our business relationship and transactions with you, or important notices concerning the program products and services for which you have registered or in which you are participating.

Access, Preservation and Disclosure by Necessity

We may occasionally access, preserve, or disclose personal information as required by law or upon a good faith belief that such action is necessary to

  • comply with legal process (such as a subpoena or court order)
  • protect and defend our rights and property, including intellectual property
  • protect against misuse or unauthorized use of our services
  • protect the personal safety or property of Voice First World’s agents, program participants, or the public (e.g., efforts at fraud prevention)

As we continue to develop our business, we may purchase, partner or merge with other businesses or entities. In connection with these types of transactions, program participant information we have collected may be among the assets we share or transfer.

Privacy with Regard to Children

Children’s Online Privacy and Protection Act. We do not knowingly collect from or store any personal information about children under the age of 13.

Amendments

This Privacy Policy may be amended by us at any time and without notice by posting the amended policy on Voice First World’s website. Any amendments will become effective immediately upon posting.
